Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements 15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders (up to and including CxO).6+ years of experience of guiding large Software Development Teams of Engineers, Architects and Programmers (directly or indirectly) for delivery of mid-sized to large engagements.Excellent spoken & written communication capabilities, and hands-on experience of working with MS Office Biz Apps Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project etc.) Good experience of delivering Cloud-based Solutions for technology lines like Automations, IaC, IaaS, PaaS, Big Data, Analytics, AI, AIOps, MLOps, GenAI etc. which included private/public-clouds setups - on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, VCF, RH OpenStack, RH OpenShift etc.Working knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE and App-Mod tools stack - Git, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Jira, Scripting with Python, Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP, VCF etc., Kubernetes, Dockers (the more the better!)Desirable Requirements Practical experience with modern cloud-based operations including experience leading teams of Site Reliability EngineersExperience with containerization and container orchestration platformsExperience of Agile Methodologies and knowledge of SAFe, Scaled Agile, Scrum, as well as traditional SDLC.Who we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
