We are currently seeking for an AO5 Communications Advisor for Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3 on behalf TMR, Program Deliveries and Operations based in Nerang and other sites as required. As a Communication Advisor you will assist in the management and delivery of the communication stakeholder engagement program. This role will provide strategic community and stakeholder management services to technical and professional staff for community engagement, media relations, issues management, public affairs and stakeholder relationship management. About the role As the AO5 Communications Advisor for Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3, you will have Accountability for the following: Coordinate community and stakeholder engagement activities for road infrastructure projects in the region. Develop strategies for stakeholder management and consult with a wide range of interest groups. Provide communication advice and support to Project Directors managers and other staff. Manage the preparation of communications material. Develop, plan and manage key communications activities. Provide training, advice and support to project staff and consultants. Develop and implement communication strategies. Ensure operational practices and standards of service and performance comply with departmental and regional policies, legislation and governance obligations. About You Able to evidence knowledge in their specialist and/or functional area. Identifies opportunities to build relationships and leverage stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes. Demonstrates ability to manage competing priorities and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within set timeframes. You will have a construction Industry Induction Card (White Card). You will be a current holder of a Class C drivers' licence with own vehicle to attend sites.
