This includes the provision of high-quality customer service to the patients, carers and other staff of MHJHADS. The Therapies Team Manager provides operational leadership and oversees the daily operations of the team in line with service objectives, established procedures and sound governance processes for service delivery decisions.  The Manager manages human resources, finances, reporting, and quality and safety compliance.  The Manager conducts clinical load review and staff allocation and is the escalation point for systemic problems and grievances.  The Manager reports directly to the Senior Manager for the Access & Specialty Teams and is the communication point for organisational liaison for the Therapies Team.  Professional governance of this position will come from the relevant Discipline Principal (MHJHADS).  This position also forms part of the ACMHS leadership team, to progress and represent the work of the service. The Manager may have a clinical load in addition to the operational management responsibilities in the team and will be responsible for conducting skilled clinical assessments and delivering high-itensity psychological interventions to people.  The Manager will oversee the clinical governance of the psychological and psychosocial interventions provided by the Therapies Team with the support of senior members of the team.
