You will:Under general direction provide reception duties such as scheduling, booking, billing and coordination of medical records to ensure the provision of a high-quality customer/patient outpatient service.Maintain appropriate records and input information into ACT Health IT systems relevant to the unit.Knowledge of the Medical Benefits Schedule and ability to apply this knowledge into practice.
