At a senior level, you will be accountable for an outstanding level of student care, the development of an integrated service approach with other ANU services (for example, ANU Counselling) and the promotion of a culture that embraces student safety, support and wellbeing.By establishing strong industry, community and university partnerships, the role will create and implement evidence-based approaches to resource planning, priority setting and strategic decision making, maximising the application of insights from data, consultation, and benchmarking specifically related to the case management of students of concern.You will also have the demonstrated skills and knowledge to provide advice to the ANU community on matters relating to student case management, record management and large scale health and wellbeing campaigns.
