The Manager may have a clinical load in addition to the operational management responsibilities in the team and will be responsible for conducting skilled clinical assessments and delivering high-itensity psychological interventions to people.  The Manager will oversee the clinical governance of the psychological and psychosocial interventions provided by the Therapies Team with the support of senior members of the team.
