Reporting to the Team Leader, Staff Education, this role will be responsible for delivering flagship programs on learning and teaching in HE as well as co-ordinate and deliver various workshops in targeted areas to enhance the student experience.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with in-depth knowledge of contemporary learning and teaching approaches, demonstrated experience in teaching in a senior secondary or higher education context and high level communication skills. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong interest in technology enhanced learning, course design and development, class facilitation with the proven ability to independently manage a cohort of adult learners, evaluate and develop courses in a continuous improvement cycle and work with university governance and quality assurance processes.
