Currently seeking a Learning and Development Manager in either Canberra or Sydney who has the ability to re-design and roll-out a Learning and Performance framework.The purpose of the Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is to work with Senior Leadership to evaluate the organisation, identify opportunities and solve organisational L&D challenges to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the L&D Manager will consult with individuals and teams to design and implement organisational performance and development programs. To be considered for this role you will have highly developed skills in Learning & Development/Training. You will have worked in large complex organisations and have the ability to build strong working relationships and rapport with stakeholders nationally.
