People who are interested in temporary employment as Administrative Service Officers within CIT Student Services are invited to submit their resume for placement on a temporary employment register for both the Client Services and Information and Recognition teams. Registers are used to select staff for temporary, short term engagements or for special projects on either a full, part time or casual basis. You will respond to a high volume of queries via email and phone on a daily basis and ensuring that responses are accurate, timely and consistent. Your role will focus on a strong customer service approach.
