Working to the Test Lead, Project Manager/s or Program Manager, you will need to adaptable, as allocation will be across different test phases on several projects. You will need the ability to quickly learn new applications, with excellent time management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple projects with parallel deadlines.As part of AMSA’s test team, the candidate will have the opportunity to work across latest technologies such as Dynamics(365), Intelledox forms, Technology One and/or SAP Concur.The role will require liaison and coordination of test activities with developers, business analyst and subject mater experts across different sections of AMSA (Operations, Infrastructure, Search & Rescue and IT Services).You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in your ability to create test cases and triage defects found. Flexibility to work remotely will be considered after initiation, inline with project requirements.The project’s discovery phase found that the current Health Intranet does not meet user or business needs and produced:* A user tested information architecture* Intranet prototype (using the SharePoint Modern experience)This next phase of the intranet’s redevelopment includes a complete rewrite of all corporate content to increase self-service and improve employees’ digital experience.We are seeking an Agile Project Manager with excellent communication skills and strong experience in project management to lead a multi-disciplinary team of Communication and Information Technology professionals (including an experienced Scrum Master) to deliver the new intranet to staff.The Agile Project Manager will be required to represent the project in a variety of forums and prepare documentation to meet Health project reporting requirements and satisfy the information needs of the Senior Responsible Office (First Assistant Secretary).Health’s Intranet transition to SharePoint Online is a key deliverable in a broader Program of work to decommission the SharePoint 2013 platform at the Department.
