The role will have responsibility for overseeing a range of properties including office buildings, municipal depots, community facilities, aquatic centres, child care centres and other functions. The role may also have responsibility for ensuring delivery of and reporting on the property upgrades and capital works program.ACT Property Group provides expert property management and maintenance services to the ACT Government and the community.
