Assist with the preparation of the Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) charging activities and functions under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (WHS Act). 6. Establish and maintain open, constructive and professional working relationships across the organization and stakeholders to provide high level of customer service. 7. Prepare project costing and evaluations including providing support to project managers through better project reporting, reviewing associated financial impact of the project business cases, measuring project performance against budget for both operating expenses and capital expenditure, and clearance of financial data upon projects closure. 8. Prepare correspondence, briefings, meeting minutes, and policy and procedure documents including Senate Estimates and Executive briefings. 9. Provide expert technical accounting and financial advice on policy, legislation, and systems and processes related to the above. 10. Research and analyse a range of complex accounting and financial issues and develop, review, evaluate and implement policies, procedures and processes. 11. Provide input into strategic plans and undertake operational business planning. 12. Promote and manage relationships with internal and external clients, stakeholders and service providers. 13. Provide proactive leadership and manage employees in day-to-day activities management accounting requirements including developing, coaching and mentoring employees and building commitment to shared goals. 14. Be a lead facilitator for issues regarding financial policy, processes, financial statements, accounting standards, investment management and systems. 15. The role provides support to the CFO in undertaking projects in relation to management accounting and financial issues. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the above listed skills, be able to work in a team environment, have experience working within a Federal Department / Agency, as would experience using TechOne or SAP with a current security clearance. Your new role The Marketing Administration Assistant works within the External Relations section to provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team at the direction of the Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communications. The role will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the marketing and media team; carry out duties including scheduling meetings, taking calls, liaising with media and responding to general requests from the Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communications. What you'll need to succeed Well-developed administrative skills with a high attention to detail; High quality interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a small diverse team and work environment; A commitment to on-the-job training and developing the role to achieve the greatest outcomes for the section; Demonstrated experience in the use of the Microsoft office suite, Customer Relationship Management Databases, and design software.
