Reporting to the Transformation Program Manager, the Project Manager will undertake the following activities:Oversight and management of vendor delivery according to executed work orders.Undertake effective planning and coordinating of activities to successfully deliver project outcomes, including the management of project scope, schedule, and costs.Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project outcomes in line with architecture alignment, program delivery approach, and financial outcomes.Risk and issues management activities for projects, ensuring appropriate and effective governance arrangements are adhered to, supported by comprehensive reporting.Establish, maintain, and coordinate stakeholder engagement to facilitate input to project activities.Build strong relationships and effective communications with key internal and external stakeholders.Baseline or the ability to obtain baseline.A proven track record of successful delivery of ICT projects and/or website redevelopment projects.Ability to manage multiple projects and/or work packages concurrently.Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.Ability to think strategically and understand the bigger picture.Hold a PRINCE2 foundation/practitioner certification and/or qualifications in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).A client service focus with the ability to influence at both an operational and executive level.Be able to work as part of a small team, as well as across various project teams.Minimum 5-10 year's experience in Project or Program Management delivery.Familiarity or experience working with SAFe or Agile processes.
