Your new role As an experienced Financial Accountant, you shall be responsible for: Cash flow management General ledger reconciliations AP/AR management including invoicing and payments Preparation of monthly financial reporting packs Preparation of budgets and annual statutory accounts Regular meetings with operations to assess performance against budget Working with the head of finance & other senior stakeholders to translate strategy into an achievable execution plan, and drive and monitor that execution plan What you'll need to succeed This role requires a mature and experienced individual who is hands-on, wants to add value to an organisation and can work independently. The following experience and attributes are ideal: Experience as a Financial Accountant in a similar sized organisation Demonstrate strong skills in Cash flow management, Financial Control and Governance Ability to build strong working relationships with key and diverse stakeholders Organised and forward thinking work ethic Able to work autonomously and as part of a team CPA/CA qualification is desirable What you'll get in return This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team within an established and growing Australian Healthcare business.
