Internal design staff will require your clear direction and guidance to ensure the designs are produced efficiently and under budget.Communicating with the client, stakeholders, authorities, and contractors regarding project needs and in order to negotiate successful outcomes.Attending sites on occasion prior to construction starting and regularly during the construction phase to perform ongoing construction management and contract superintendent role for Client.
