Ensure the accurate delivery of customer service standards and response times, while liaising with a variety of stakeholders, including other government agencies, private industries and the public.To be successful in the role, you will have: Extensive customer service experience – engagement with customers via telephone, email and face to face Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and in using multiple software programs/databases at once Demonstrated experience in the superannuation or financial services industry Ability to understand how to calculate the ETP components of a superannuation benefit, and taxation payable.
