TheAdvocate/Guardian is to ensure that all decisions are made inaccordance with section 5 principles within the Act, which guidethe way in which decisions are made for protected people.The duties may be varied within the AHP1-AHP2 classificationscommensurate with the successful candidate’s skills andexperience.Successful applicants are placed in a pool and applications willbe valid for a period of twelve months for appointment to temporarypositions when suitable vacancies arise.About the BusinessThe Office of the Public Advocate is an independent statutoryOffice of the South Australian Government.
