We are currently looking for a Project Delivery Engineer to join the Gudai-Darri Project Readiness & Delivery team to support the mine and processing facilities with its future expansion plans. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of growth enabling projects in the fixed plant. The role will suit motivated and self-starting individuals who can apply their practical knowledge to safely deliver brownfields project work. The responsibilities of the role will allow the individual to grow their skill set with the support of a diverse team around them. Reporting to the Superintendent Project Readiness, your key responsibilities will be to:Site-based project management and implementation of varying key growth enabling projectsExecuting project scopes and working with operations and maintenance teams to achieve project milestonesManaging contractors to execute works on-siteProvide input into the engineering design and execution methodologies with a goal to successful project deliveryOperational representative for design reviews and hazard assessmentsManaging and monitoring project documentation to the required company standardsAssisting the project leads in cost estimation and controlEnsuring that projects are adhering to quality standards and safety protocolsFoster strong relationships with all partners through the project stages and influence at all levelsUndertaking quality Leadership in Field (LiF) activities to review current activities, practices, and processes, and identifying any gaps for improvementFacilitate contractor meetings for project deliverables on-siteProviding technical input into the definitive engineering design of the future assets, utilising your skills and experience from processing plantsBeing a point of contact on-site for Project Readiness & Delivery activities and assisting with queries from the D&T, EPCM, and Study team.This permanent position will be offered on a fly in, fly out roster working 8 days on, 6 days off, flying out of Perth or Busselton, Western Australia.
