The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the maintenance planning and scheduling work management process to maximise resource effectiveness, increase the reliability of our mobile equipment and minimise the interruption to the mining process, without compromising asset values so that the equipment safely produces agreed outputs to support the mine operation.We are an open, connected international team of technical specialists using some of the most exciting data and tools on the planet. Reporting to the Senior Planner, on 5 days on; 2 days off / 4 days on; 3 days off roster and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will:Produce weekly draft & final schedules, run the corresponding meetings with the various stakeholders following a set agendaGenerate weekly work management analysis reports for discussion at the Schedule Draft and Week in Review meetingsBalancing forecasted labour with asset maintenance requirements as prescribe by Short Term PlannersPrioritising work with Supervisors, Superintendents, and OEM Partners, utilising your considerable stakeholder and relationship building skillsAbility to think outside the box to safely reduce shutdown duration's where possibleWork closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation to identifying and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure there is effective communication of the plans to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in placeWhat you'll bringA commitment to the safety of yourself and your teamDemonstrated skills in maintenance scheduling or planningProven experience with SAP or any CMMS programs is preferred but not mandatoryKnowledge or experience with Mobile Maintenance is desirable but not mandatoryWell-developed stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work under pressure and coordinate multiple work targetsComputer literacy and proficiency in the suite of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS ProjectA current Australian driver's licenseWhat we offerBe recognised for your contribution, you're thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you've helped the world progress.
