Your new role This role will support the Commercial Manager in the mobilisation and implementation of the new Country Regional Network Operations and Maintenance Deed (OM Deed). The successful candidate will establish and embed new commercial and financial systems, both internal facing (including finance and budgeting) and external facing (payment, KPI and others). What you'll need to succeed Develop new business systems and processes for the commercial functions of the CRN Contract Management Team to ensure: Financial and commercial contract compliance Suitability and consistency of systems and processes, including the design of financial models Suitable internal financial and commercial budgeting and controls o Maintenance of Contract Payment Mechanism to ensure that the strict requirements of the Contract are met and to mitigate exposure to any payment irregularities That all Contract management processes and procedures are in compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines Review, analysis, forecasting and reporting of financial and commercial transactions and performance, including KPIs and mobilisation payment profiles, for the Contract and for the Contract Management Team.
