Working within the Global Operations Learning and Development (GOLD) function, the LBP plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner in the region's leadership development landscape.This role requires strong collaboration with our operational stakeholders across the globe to coordinate and organize learning events, programs and initiatives for our new and existing buildings. In addition to collaborating with members of our GOLD team, the Learning Business Partner must build effective working relationships with our partners in World Wide Operations, support functions, and various outside vendors to deliver on our customer promise. With proven experience within the Leadership Development space, the Learning Business Partner will be required to leverage this experience in order to support countries in managing their needs assessment and thinking big to provide innovative approaches for customers.
