Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a dynamic and fast paced role that provides administration support to several areas of the business.The Executive Assistant role is a hybrid position and worked from our Macquarie Park office and from home. The successful candidate will be required to be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week.Your role:Travel & expense management, arranging meetings, conferences & catering, ordering stationary & Onboarding support for new employees including arranging new equipment and IT access.Purchase order requisitions, invoicing and vendor set up.Your expertise:Previous work experience in a Management, Executive Assistant or similar role is essential Sound knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) SAP experience is advantageous Strong organisation and attention to detail Good time management and ability to multi-task with competing prioritiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a team with lots of collaborationStrong command of English language, both written and verbalWho we are: We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
