About the role Reporting to the Technical Director, you will work in our Southport office on the Gold Coast to support and service customers post implementation by/through: Raised & assigned support & success cases Assisting in the technical delivery of items in mini-projects From time to time, delivering technical items in project work The main responsibilities of the position include the following: Timely triaging of assigned success/support cases; Configuration of Salesforce items based on case requests; Troubleshooting challenges with customer systems; Communicating directly with customers to gather additional information or validate requirements; Run/conduct small/ad-hoc sessions with customers (requirements gathering, solution playbacks etc); Delivery of mini-projects; Solution design with assistance from Solution Engineers Project Management framework provided by Project Management team with oversight and guidance.
