New role in an exciting new organisation with a focus on health & wellbeing South East location Varied and dynamic role supporting executive leadership team Our client, South East Leisure Pty Ltd is a newly established subsidiary of the City of Greater Dandenong set up to manage and operate the four major leisure facilities in the City - Dandenong Stadium, Springers Leisure Centre, Noble Park Aquatic Centre and Dandenong Oasis - from July 2022.  South East Leisure’s purpose is to improve community health and wellbeing outcomes through accessible, high quality leisure experiences.  The new role of Administration Support Lead, reporting to the CEO, will support and coordinate the effective operations of the South East Leisure Executive Leadership Team to ensure business needs are met and high quality administration services are provided at all times.  Specifically, this role will be responsible for:  Supporting the CEO, GMs and other head office employees with critical administration functions Developing and continually improving administration processes both at head office and within each of the leisure facilities Coordinating and organising meetings, agenda, reports, and other special projects on behalf of the executive leadership team Attending to incoming and outgoing phone calls and mail Overseeing office and facility stationery and consumable needs Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders  To be successful, you will thrive in a fast paced, flexible environment. You will be proactive and show initiative to set up systems and processes from scratch.
