Job DescriptionAramark Remote Workplace Services are hiring for General Kitchen Helper for a remote lodge near Geraldton, ON. The General Utility Worker is responsible for the maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, serve ware, equipment, kitchen, stocking etc. In addition, the individual may perform other serviceable duties as assigned. Applications that do not have resumes attached, will not be considered. Comprehensive benefit packages are offered. Transportation is provided out of Thunder Bay, ON Travel allowance is available for some areas that are further away. Rotation are 20 days on/10 days off. Please note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment D&A test and criminal background check . Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Job Responsibilities• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized • Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned • Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management • Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation • Ensures security of company assets At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. As part of the site leadership team (reporting to the M&SS Program Manager), each position will apply proven leadership and interpersonal skills to manage the trades or technical team (as relevant for each manager position).
