- Management Accounts preparation and delivering insightful commentary to support the Management team in commercial decision making- Leading the budgeting & forecasting process for the group- Managing the transactional finance team, ensuring invoices are processed in a timely & accurate manner and ensuring the team remains supported & working hard- Working closely with Operations & Sales teams to ensure commercial activities are being driven to the highest possible standard- Driving changes & improvements to the finance processes, systems and ways of working, bringing a positive and educated change to the existing processes- Supporting the wider finance team - getting involved in month end & statutory reporting when required to support the teamThe successful candidate will have:- A recognised accounting qualification, or a relevant level of experience in relevant areas- Experience managing a team - ideally of three or more staff- Experience producing quality management reporting information- Exposure using different, complex accounting systems
