About the Role The Content and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting consistent and timely delivery of multimedia production across One Training and One Wellbeing’s digital platforms. The role provides the opportunity to be proactive in supporting One Training Directors with elements of creative production, compelling storytelling and development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.   Key duties of the role include Pre production (where applicable) of video content – Assemble camera, lighting and audio equipment utilising your knowledge of technical artistry Post production of video content - Editing, repurposing, and uploading content onto Website and social platforms Execute a consistent content plan for social media and marketing initiatives, delivering content in a timely manner each week Develop new initiatives for creation of engaging video content to meet marketing objectives Stay well informed of evolving technologies in the digital industry and tools/platforms to improve processes and increase the digital quality for the end user experience Recording, editing and uploading podcast content onto One Wellbeing’s Podcast Channel Post-production of podcast requirements - Editing, repurposing, uploading video and audio onto Website and social platforms Support One Training Directors in development of marketing campaigns and strategies  Assist Administration Team in communicating with Clients online Plan and schedule social media content across various platforms Develop and execute engagement strategies across multiple social media platforms  Role Requirements Knowledge of technical requirements and settings for HD Video Cameras, high quality DSLR cameras, GoPro equipment & stabilizers Knowledge of lighting, audio and visual requirements for various settings and environments Able to work with Mac/PC software and systems Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and technology An understanding of the social media landscape Ideally a minimum of one year experience working in a similar hands on video production role or demonstration of superior skills in using video editing software
