We offer delicious food, excellent service, and affordable prices, from your Favorite Club classics or delightful Nepalese inspired meals to choose from.DUTIES• Preparing, cooking, and serving food as per the restaurant’s recipes and standards.• Assisting Head Chef with creating menu, recipe cards, functions menu, seasonal menus.• Creating specials when possible.• Preparing foods as per the dietary requirement of clients.• Maintaining quality and consistency of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.• Ordering stock from suppliers and stock maintenance with stock rotation and temperature maintenance.• Organising events and functions.• Co-coordinating with front of house and other departments whenever needed.• Reporting to Managers and Head Chef as needed.• Maintainaence of cleanliness and enforcing hygiene regulations.• Rostering and training staff.• Food storing using different techniques and methods.REQUIRED SKILLSCert IV in commercial cookeryMin. 2 years of experience as a chefExperience in Nepalese Cuisine is preferred but not essential.Local chefs are highly encouraged to apply.Please send your CV to
