Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CA) is a plus.Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction accounting principles.Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Capable of facilitating international relocations.
