Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, the Senior Operations Manager, Housekeeping will be responsible for leading, developing, coaching and training a multi-cultural team to ensure the cleanliness of the hotel, while providing exceptional guest service. Review and negotiation of investment management agreements and related investment guidelines;Drafting and/or review of marketing materials including the creation and/or updating of Information Memorandums / PDS'/ TMDs and other fund offering documents for funds;Provide support and legal advice/counselling to all business units and internal clients on various matters;Review and/or negotiation of all vendor and other agreements, including lease agreements, terms of business, that are required for the day-to-day operation of the business;Conduct local board meetings serving as Company Secretary and preparation of board resolutions, minutes and other documents as may be required for sound corporate governance;Work closely with Australian Compliance (based in Melbourne) to ensure a positive regulatory and compliance environment.
