Positioned at the Premier Desk at the entry to the Casino, the Premier Host will be the first point of contact for gaming customers, and will be a central point of information and service to all visitors using our facilities, including our dining and SkyCity Function Centre guests.Your strong customer service experience and clear communication skills will mean that you can quickly build rapport, working to resolve queries and issues in a friendly and efficient manner. You will have a strong ability to recognise opportunities to promote SkyCity loyalty programmes and promotions, and will confidently endorse SkyCity offerings and facilities.You will have:Proven customer service experience.
