In This Role You develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.You respond in a timely manner to tenants.You will communicate work requests to operations team, security, and janitorial.You support the General Manager by preparing regular ownership reports with accuracy on time.You shall be responsible for all administrative tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collection of sales, work orders, service requests, property maintenance, insurance compliance, database management, and vendor compliance requirements.You will be responsible to ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and in working order.You will be the face of the administration office, including reception duties.
