The RAT Close Contact program team workswith multiple stakeholders both across and external to the publicsector to ensure the program is adaptable and agile to meet adiverse range of demands and situations.The temporary pool will initially operate for a period of 3months. Applicants can register an application at anytime during this period. Recommended applicants will beeligible for temporary/term opportunities and may be contacted asthey arise.The successful candidate will undertake a role within either theOperations, Planning or Logistics functional team and undertake arange of coordination duties to support the distribution of RATs toeligible members of the community. Roles will beoffered at the ASO4 or ASO5 classification dependent on rolerequirements and successful applicants skills and experienceKey requirements of the roles are: Proven interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across government and non-government organisations to gain cooperation and support in achieving desired outcomes Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to identify and analyse problems and devise appropriate solutions for the consideration of management Ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks and activities to achieve goals, deadlines and required outcomes. Ability to use initiative and work independently with limited supervision. Proven ability to establish, monitor and report against policies and procedures High level proficiency with Office 365 suite of programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)Special Conditions: Must undertake a criminal history check. Appointment is subject to evidence being provided that you have received two doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine and any follow up booster doses within the interval after the last dose recommended by the ATAGI for that COVID-19 vaccine or have an approved medical exemption endorsed by the Chief Public Health Officer (or delegate). Some inter/intrastate travel, necessitating overnight stays and frequent out of hours work may be required.Employment Period:Initial appointment willbe for a period 3 months with the potential for extensionRemuneration:ASO4 - $73,217 - $76,750 p.a.ASO5 - $82,042 - $91,245 p.a.Special Conditions:Engagementwill be subject to a satisfactory Emergency Services SectorCriminal History Check.
