Must - have technical skills and experience • Bachelor's Degree required; Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering preferred. • 12+ years of IT experience • 5+ years of leading complex IT projects through solutioning, designing, and architecture. • 5+ years of supporting Supply Chain solutions for Plan, Source, Make, Logistics and Customer Operations covering Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Plan to Produce value streams. • Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions to the public cloud and/or SaaS. • Broad understanding of integration concepts and experience with MuleSoft or similar integration technologies. • Experience with SAP Supply Chain related modules, development and integration. • Broad understanding of Cloud Computing concepts, processes & tools required for cloud adoption including cloud security, governance, integration, and performance. • Proven ability to work with cross functional and global teams. • Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new capabilities and partner with other teams to adopt as appropriate for General Mills. • Strong relationship management and leadership skills. • Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills. • Ability to research, plan, organize, lead, and implement new processes and strategies. • Comfort with informing, influencing, and presenting to senior leadership. • Experience with vetting packaged solutions against business/technical requirements. • Proficiency in architecture diagraming tools (LucidChart, Visio, etc.). • Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) concepts (ex.
