Reporting to the Asset and Facilities Specialist, this role is responsible for ensuring PARC’s assets and facility are maintained and presented to the highest possible standard. The Facilities Maintenance Leader will be responsible for liaising with PARC internal staff, external contractors, patrons, and other stakeholders for all reactive and preventative maintenance works, as well as Capital Works in line with the Asset Management Plan.
