Your new role As a Statutory Compliance & Exits Associate, you will be required to respond to statutory notices issued by Government Agencies, Law Enforcement and Privacy Requests and exiting clients as required. Your responsibilities will include: To interpret and process the allocated Notices request efficiently, accurately and within the relevant legislation by the set due date. Liaising regularly with solicitors, law enforcement and government agencies on a regular basis to ensure Notices are responded to accurately. To liaise with internal customers and external service providers, ensuring that instructions, inquiries and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively, seeking to maintain effective working relationships always.
