This is a six month permanent role with flexible working arrangements. You will work on some of Melbourne's biggest projects. Your new role Working with the Project Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of up to four projects at any given time. Responsibilities: General administration/coordination, Use of Acconex/BlueBeam daily Document control, General handling of all correspondence on commercial projects RFI's, OHS & quality management, Procurement / Contract Management Excellent use of Microsoft Sub-contractor management.
