Support the operations of the Digital Department.Navigate and utilise their WordPress and other CMS, troubleshooting issues and implementing new features. Assist in constructing customer service journeys on their websites, and assist building registration channels for their events. Collaborate with the Marketing team and other delivery teams on digital activations. Support regular reporting and analyse of digital marketing assets and products to find areas of improvement. The successful candidate should have roughly 2 + years of experience with an excellent understanding of the entire digital landscape including SEO, website management, events, web analytics and more.
