What you will be doing… The Technology Consultant supports the company in the following ways: Good working knowledge of integrating/merging SAAS, software and application systems Develop and document process and policies for the merged/integrated systems Developing functional specification and documentation of systems for internal & external stakeholders Develop Project business cases of new tools/products and socialise with ETS Leadership team Participate, lead, coordinate project teams to deliver innovative technology solutions to REA Proactively engage internal stakeholders to automate business processes through the use of technology Find and implement suitable SAAS products that will help deliver a technical solution to REA Liaise with the internal Learning and Development team to put plans in place on adoption and training of technology that is being implemented Maintain the cloud platforms Enterprise Tech look after by implementing new features and being an escalation point for all support related issues What we’re looking for… To set yourself up for success in this role you will have ideally gained experience in the following areas (helpful talent acquisition tip: you might want to make sure this is on your resume before you submit it): Someone with a few runs on the board - 3 years of relevant industry experience in a Techical Business Analyst or Technical Project Management role Someone who has 2-3 years system integration experience Minimum 4 years experience working in a complex technology environment Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - gsd Technical Integration experience in merging systems such as Zendesk, moving from O365 to G-Suite or visa Versa Understanding of SAAS, IAAS and mobile technologies – such as Okta, Office 365, Zoom, G-Suite, Ping.
