Key job responsibilitiesProspecting: Working with an international team of Account Managers to identify new prospects who may be suitable for AbeBooks services.Sales Program support: supporting sellers globally who are enrolled in our monthly Sales program by answering queries, and scheduling sellers in future sales. Daily operations: completing a list of designated Customer Support, Customer Operations, or Website & Demand tasks. A day in the lifeA typical day for the Business coordinator starts with cross-office team meetings (between Germany and Canada) to review a specific set of goals, or the previous weeks/months performance. The day will then be split between working on new business development tasks (prospecting new sellers), completing a set list of daily operational tasks for our Customer Support team, and responding to customers who are enrolled in our Sales Program. The Business coordinator may also spend time supporting recurrent marketing channel tasks to ensure ongoing efficiencies of AbeBooks marketing channels.
