Identify opportunities for activations that will lead to an increase in sales and create hype around the brand. Drive the implementation and planning of POS material / in-store of all new stores, and renovations/upgrades of existing stores (possible SiS), to ensure 100% readiness at the planned retail intro. Support the sell-in periods in coordination with all channels and partners, as well as seasonal changeover in our showrooms based on the global to local sell-in structure.
