Business name: Stark Food Systems Pty LtdAddress: 21 Commercial Drive, Wallan, VIC - 3756Position Title: Full Time Fitter -WelderSalary: $70,500 per annum plus superannuationTasks include:• Undertaking preventative and routine maintenance schedules to achieve machine and line efficiency.• Responding to breakdowns in a timely manner.• Investigating failures and making recommendations to reduce risk and improve systems / processes.• General maintenance within a food processing environment.• Strip and removal of equipment, survey and repair the equipment.• Installation and Testing of repaired equipment.• Fault diagnostic of equipment and positioning and connecting the various parts as required using the specialised equipment.• Testing and ensuring the fabricated and assembled metal parts are as per the required standards.• Welding and shaping of the metal parts and components.• Fitting and assembling the metal parts and components in various equipment or machinery.• Subassemblies to fabricate production machines and other equipment.Skill level required:• Certificate in the relevant field is mandatory.• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.• Knowledge on different welding techniques such as stainless steel TIG, aluminum TIG, mild steel TIG welding, MIG aluminum welding, mild steel ARC and stainless-steel ARC welding is essential.• Experience working in the plant maintenance is advantage.• Strong attention to detail.• Strong mechanical knowledge.Please send your CV to
