From major cities to remote communities, CBF grants inspire people to create, support and listen to local, independent media.The Benefits15.4% superannuation Salary packaging available Flexible, inclusive and collaborative work environment WFH FlexibilityThe RoleYou will provide high level support to the Executive Officer in the day-to-day operations and governance requirements of the organisation, together with administrative support to the CEO, Board and the Finance, Audit and Risk Management (FARM) committee. Your responsibilities will include:Managing all administrative tasks pertaining to quarterly Board and FARM meetings, including compilation and distribution of papers, travel and event arrangements Overseeing all compliance reporting requirements, including ACNC and government Developing systems and processes, and managing relationships with 3rd party providersSkills RequiredYou have demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting at a senior/executive level ideally within the non-profit sector.
