Due to continued exciting business growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain on a full-time permanent basis to lead and manage multiple Procurement disciplines. This role is based 100% onsite located in Port Melbourne. Position Responsibilities: Lead, develop and engage employees and frontline managersManage supplier-related activities including performance management, inventory control and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreementsOversee all performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and servicesDevelop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectivesStrategic workforce planning including the provision of resources to meet multiple program demandsDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsOversee Procurement and fulfilment activities and ensure functional excellence Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): This is a key senior leadership role. Our team ensures orders are raised on time, received on time and the supplier is managed against all key deliverables including: safety, quality, delivery, cost and innovation.BAA has a well-integrated global supply chain with suppliers located in Asia, Europe, the USA and of course Australia.
