Qualifications, technical experience includes but is not limited to: Tertiary qualified bachelor’s in engineering (highly regarded) [Ideally Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering]. 10+ years relevant work experience in large-scale hydrometallurgical processing complex (essential). At least 5 years’ experience in a senior supervisory capacity (essential). 5 years’ experience in a business improvement function (highly regarded). Gold Processing operational experience (highly desirable). Personal responsibility to develop team members through constructive feedback, task assignment, coaching and formal training to build capability & competence. Ability to develop & implement sectional plans and initiatives to achieve overall departmental goals. Ability to assess financial results and identify opportunities and implement actions to maximise value.
