Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:Daily data entry of customer sales orders.Answering inbound calls and emails from customers about stock and availability.Working closely with internal territory manages to process customer requests.Coordinating freight and shipping for client orders + providing ETAs.Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer service and likes to work cooperatively in a small team environment. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to work in an office environment 3 days per week. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be continually busy for the duration of the day. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, with a start date in early October.
