We are offering a salary package of $70,000- $ 75,000 plus superannuation based on your qualification and experience.We seek an applicant who:• Have knowledge and experience with a variety of makes and models of vehicles.• Possess all necessary hand tools to undertake your work in an effective and timely manner.• Pay attention to detail and show initiative to deliver outstanding customer experiences.• Work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.• Well presented, punctual and responsible.• Prefer Motor Mechanic qualification with 2 years’ relevant experience (over 3 years’ experience without qualification).• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.• Be able to use computer diagnostic equipment and software to identify issues.• A current Australian Driver's License.Key Responsibilities:• Servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles.• Using diagnostic equipment and research of repair instructions.• Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of issues and faults.• Testing and reassembling mechanical parts after being repaired.• Assisting with customer queries both in person and over the phone when required.• Keeping abreast of industry trends and techniques.• Calling suppliers to source parts and pricing.• Being responsible for the care and use of all workshop tools and equipment and returning to the correct place after use.• Inspecting vehicles and issue roadworthiness certificates.• Returning vehicles in a clean condition after repairs.• Assisting in keeping the workshop clean and in an orderly appearance.If you are vibrant, team focused and want to work with us at our exciting venue, please apply with your resume.
