The Full Stack developer will take over the implantation of the new system that has been written in Node JS with a PostgreSQL database. Thy will be responsible for final testing and launch of the new system and continuing the development of remaining features. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the application can be adjusted for other markets and integration with external systems.Key Performance Responsibilities Facilitate and manage the implementation of the new system Collaborate with all areas (internal and external) of the business to make sure everything is working together Collaborate with Development team to find the most effective ways to integrate new features Work with the Scrum Master to ensure project deadlines are being met and documentation is completed Develop and evolve technical Solutions to meet customer requirements Ensure compliance with safety, security, cyber security, data and privacy, environmental, industrial legislation and requirements Exemplify values in personal conduct and lead team to commit to company vision and values The ideal candidate should be able to display the following:Implementation of software development processes and QA management.Strong knowledge (5+ years) in NodeJS, Angular/React, PostgreSQL Demonstrate documentation processes information sharing for effective team growth Active and effective participation in Scrum ceremonies to ensure clarity around achieving deadlines Team collaboration and requirements gathering for designing of the new system features Code management and associated documentation for peer-to-peer review (Internal and external teams) Test driven development Clear communication around deadlines, challenges, or roadblocksSupportive and collaborative approach to team problem solving.
