The site encompasses both open-pit and underground mining activities, reflecting its diverse mineral reserves and deposits.The Role Reporting into the Senior Advisor- Technical Training you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and productivity of our team members at Telfer Operations. Other key requirements for the role include: Strong experience as a trainer, with proven delivery and practical assessment skills. Background in mining or related industries. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma in Training Design and Development WA Manual Driver’s Licence Experience in Permit to Work and safe work systems. High Risk Work licences for LF, CB WP and current qualification to operate a Skid Steer. Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System and MS Office suite. Understanding of the Western Australia WHS Act (2020) and Regulations 2022 (Mines). Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
