Knowledge of CAN/ULC standards, Canadian Building and Electrical codes. Proficiency with Microsoft Project or alternate Project Management Software. Financial acumen (costing/ budgeting/ forecasting etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills; and ability to communicate with contractors, consultants, and executives.
